HB Rentals Delivers Support Cabins for Halliburton in Indonesia

HOUSTON, TX (August 11, 2010) - HB Rentals has provided two MWD support cabins to Halliburton's directional drilling facilities operating onboard the Trident 9 for Pearl Energy Indonesia.

The cabins will be used for logging and measurement while drilling (LWD/MWD) activities offshore. They are fully pressurized, DNV 2.7-1-approved and A60-rated, and come fitted with a standalone, PDC-controlled fire and gas shutdown system with automatic fire dampers and voltage stabilizers.

Because HB Rentals had an operational-ready fleet of both engineering and accommodation DNV-certified cabins in Singapore, the company delivered the engineering cabins to clients Uniteam and Halliburton within six working days of the initial request.

"Having our global fleet operational-ready has always been a priority for us so that we can respond quickly to our clients' requests," said Eric Marchand, Regional Director. "This was a perfect example of how our extensive fleet enables us to act quickly to serve our clients."

The rental agreement is for two years with the possibility of further extension and is worth an estimated $250,000.

HB Rentals is the global leader in onsite accommodations, operating from three major global hubs in Broussard, La.; Aberdeen, Scotland; and Singapore.
